Simple fall decor is what I was going for this year. I tried to stick to three rules when I was decorating for the cooler temps.
- Less is more. I didn’t want to go overboard with all of the pumpkins and Halloween decor. I wanted to keep it as simple as possible.
- Natural elements. I feel like natural elements add so much texture to a space. I used dried foliage that I had from the summer months, wooden bowls, and grass baskets.
- Use what you have. I did my best to shop my home before I bought anything. I re-purposed elements in my home that could be added for fall decor.
